Due to the nature of hair products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

• STANDARD PROCESSING

Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days

(Processing time does not include shipping time).

• RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are NOT placed on the website.

You must TEXT before ordering to confirm availability and rush approval.

Any rush order placed without texting first will be processed as standard.

• SHIPPING

Once your order ships, Barbie Beauty Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• NO EXCESSIVE MESSAGES

Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.

Repeated messages will not speed up your order or it you text outside my business hours you won’t get a response once business hours is back available 

• HOLIDAY BREAKS

During announced breaks, orders and responses resume on the posted return date.
